How much does it cost?

POA. The cost of a vehicle remap is determined by the make and model of the vehicle, your location, and any other tuning services you may require. Please contact us for a free quote as there is no fixed price.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Apple and Android pay! You will receive a card receipt upon payment (we only use recycled paper). We also provide a VAT invoice via email once the remap is complete. Finance options are also available, please click here for more information.

Do you offer a mobile service?

Yes, cover the entirety of Dorset and Hampshire and we are more than willing to travel to other locations too. We always put our customers first and try to satisfy every request. Our Bournemouth workshop will be opening in January 2024. Please contact us to find out more.

How long will my remap take?

ECU remaps normally take 2 hours or less. If you require extra tuning services in addition to engine remapping, these may increase the amount of time. You will be notified of this when we take your booking.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer lifetime warranty on all of our software. This means that if your remap is wiped by a manufacturer’s software update then we will reinstall for you free of charge*. We can also return your vehicle back to the factory settings should you wish to sell the vehicle ect.

Will it damage my engine?

No, your engine is perfectly safe. Modern engines are always designed and built to be more powerful than their standard output would suggest. More power and torque is clearly possible when you realise that the same engine is often used in a range of car models that all deliver different BHP outputs.

You must continue to service and maintain your engine as recommended by the manufacturer.

Will a remap affect my warranty?

Any modifications to a vehicle that is under manufactures warranty will of course void the warranty. This includes alloys, suspension, brakes, exhausts, ect. It cannot be guaranteed that a remap will be undetectable, but the modification is software-based. If you don’t mention it, they are unlikely to discover the remap and they would not be looking for it. Remapping or hardware modifications would not affect third party warranties for used vehicles.

What about my insurance?

It remains your resposability to inform your insurance company of any modifications that have been made. Insurance companies cannot see how your ECU is configured. It is entirely your choice on what to do. Most insurers will charge an admin fee to amend your policy.

Are the remaps custom?

Yes, we are licensed WinOLS users with a growing database. We provide our own solutions in house and also work alongside some of the UK’s best tuning companies to ensure we keep our standards high.

Do we offer trade discount?

Yes, we do. For any customer who uses our services regularly, we can apply a discount. We also offer multiple purchase discounts for example, fleet vehicles, car rental companies, delivery companies, taxis, etc. Please get in touch for a free quote.
